How long does setup take? ▾
Most schools are live in 3 days. We handle everything — data import, setup and teacher training.
Do teachers need technical knowledge? ▾
No. If your teacher can use WhatsApp, they can use ChildKonnect. Training takes 30 minutes.
Can you import our existing Excel or paper data? ▾
Yes. Send us your Excel file or a photo of your paper register. We import all student names, classes, roll numbers and parent numbers.
Is WhatsApp included in the price? ▾
WhatsApp is at the heart of ChildKonnect. The majority of your subscription goes directly towards powering those instant parent alerts every single day. We built our pricing around this so that keeping parents informed is never an afterthought — it is built in.
Do parents need to download an app? ▾
No. Everything is delivered on WhatsApp. No app download, no account, no password for parents.
