By using ChildKonnect, the school ("you") agrees to these Terms of Service with Chirayu Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us", "ChildKonnect"). This agreement applies to all users of ChildKonnect including principals, teachers and any other staff members given access by the school.
ChildKonnect provides cloud-based school management software including:
We reserve the right to add, modify or remove features at any time. We will give at least 14 days notice before removing a feature that schools actively use.
ChildKonnect is a monthly subscription service. Payment is due at the start of each month.
WhatsApp message delivery costs are passed through at cost (charged by Meta/WhatsApp) with no markup from ChildKonnect. These costs are separate from the subscription fee and depend on the volume of messages sent.
If payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, access may be suspended until payment is made. We will contact you before suspending access.
Schools accepted into the Founding Schools Program receive 3 months of free access to the Complete Plan. After the 3-month period, the school may choose any plan at the standard monthly rate. There is no obligation to continue after the pilot period.

ChildKonnect is a software tool. We are not responsible for decisions made by your school based on data in the system. Specifically, we are not liable for:
Our maximum liability to you in any month is limited to the subscription fee paid for that month.
ChildKonnect software, design and content is owned by Chirayu Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Your school's data — student records, attendance, fees, marks — belongs entirely to your school. We claim no ownership over your data.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Andhra Pradesh, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you via email at least 14 days before any material change takes effect. Continued use of ChildKonnect after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
